New CSAUS President from Local Chinese School

At the 10th National Convention and Chinese Education Conference of The Chinese School Association in the United States (CSAUS) last weekend in Phoenix, Mr. Xingyu Zhang (rear, 6th from the left), board chairman of AnnHua Chinese School, was elected the president. Also at the convention,  American Chinese School of Greater Detroit (ACSGD) board member Mr. Jianrong Pan (rear, 3rd from the left) was elected the board member. Congratulations to both of them.

The out going vice president of CSAUS, Mr. Lianggen Zheng, is the board chairman of Michigan New Century Chinese School (MNCCS). He served with great enthusiasm through out many years with CSAUS.

CSAUS is the largest Chinese educational organization in the US, with more than 500 member schools, 8,000 teachers and 100,000 students. Through it's national network, CSAUS provides teaching and management experience sharing. Serving as the main bridge to China CSAUS has completed various programs such as summer camp in China and teacher training that benefit our community.
